When it is on the Agile tariff, it is possible that we used a lot during the negative unit rates that the money we earned by our consumption exceeds even the standing charge, so we ended up having a negative balance.

We need to handle this properly on the UI - how to present the cases when:

  1. fee is less than standing charge
  2. fee is negative
