So I have made a simple 2 storey house, it consists of two closing wall objects and a regular V shaped roof (and three slabs). The other wall is the basement and the other one is the main walls, above the basement. I have a door and two windows in the basement wall. I have three windows in the main wall.
Whenever I create new windows and select the correct wall and press "Boolean", it rotates 180° all of the windows and the door that already exists.

I followed this tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8qJHGig67_0
In that tutorial the issue didn't happen.
I'm not sure if I have some kind of setting somewhere causing this. It's a pretty annoying issue since I have no idea what might be causing it. :D
Thanks in advance.
