StartHandler gets called twice on iOS #18

I noticed that StartHandler() gets triggered twice on iOS, causing the pattern to be cleared without specifically calling reset().

I would like to keep the pattern on the board until specifically resetting.

It is confirmed on iOS 9.1 and older versions but works fine on browsers and Android.
