@cmarNYC if you're still around i'd like to make a request.
i would like to see Sims4Tools support SimCity 2013 files, particularly as any time i "open" them from s4pe.exe (File -> Open ReadOnly...) i get this.
s4pe_sc2013_errormessage
same error is present when i click on "File -> Open..." through s4pe as well.
