No Presence Shown

Version: originally tried with 2.3, also tried downgrading to 2.2.1 which changed nothing.

I can see the toggle option when I click the View dropdown, however nothing shows up in Discord. I don't have anything listed as a game, it just says:

No game detected
What are you playing?!

and my profile doesn't say I'm playing anything. Rich presence does work as I have a VS Code plugin that does rich presence and it works completely fine.

2.3 is 2.2.1 with a slight name change. Shouldn't change anything. Will look further into this.
