For this building, you can't see into it and will need to find a way to enable/disable the outer walls.

This can either be predetermined defined visibility groups (walls in this case) or complete control for the user.

Look into ready made solutions if someone has solved it already for dynamic predetermined visibility groups. Otherwise one way might be to shoot a ray to each object and see if another mesh obstructs the path. This would work well for walls, might work less well for other objects.
