High system load

What happened?

After updating the application, when launching a browser with three tabs, the application loads the processor at 100%.
Continues for 30-40 seconds.
Processor -- Ryzen 7800H.

What did you expect to happen?

The application will load the processor as before (almost not at all) or at least within reasonable limits.

How did you reproduce it?

Update the application, restart the distribution and open a browser with three tabs.
