ACTIVE CONNECTIONS (A phenomenon in which records continue to increase)
BLOCKEDCONNECTIONS
Even if I reboot this computer it remains the same.
Records are continuously accumulated and counted. The numbers keep increasing.
Even if you reboot your computer, the records remain.
Always Use DNS Cache has already been enabled.

What did you expect to happen?:
I hope it works as normal as before.
Notifications are also not working.

How did you reproduce it?:
I didn't do anything special... Even if there was a notification, I didn't remove it.
I just booted it up and used it.
