Fully exclude an application from Portmaster rules #1700

As an alternative to #1455 , you can at least add an option to whitelist an application and all of it's connections.
This way, if we have an application that won't work after Portmaster is on, instead of allowing each domain in it's profile, the Exclude option will automatically bypass all global and profile rules and fully allow the app to have it's full connections.
The easiest way to do it, is to add a button just like the "Block connections" one on each app, so we can do it fast and from inside the app.
To this day, the biggest Portmaster downside is we have to shut down the entire app if something doesn't work, or if we need to access something once and then block it again
