Default action block is not blocking everything on the OS

Default action block is not blocking everything on the OS

What did you expect to happen?:
Default action block should block everything

the picture did not upload, so I can't see what you are talking about.

Local (on device) connections are not blocked - since this can break tons of things, and does not necessarily make sense - you can block them if you want, but this is not on by default.
