What happened:
Packages fail to download when running apt upgrade on debian.
Downloads in browser fail when partially transferred
file transfers using curl fail partway through

This happens consistently, but only when the connection is routed through the SPN. Turning off the SPN option for the app allows the download to succeed.

What did you expect to happen?:
file transfer completes normally

How did you reproduce it?:
Use curl to download a suitably large file. 100MB is usually sufficient to reproduce

After roughly 10-30 MB have transferred, the download fails with error:

curl: (18) HTTP/2 stream 1 was not closed cleanly before end of the underlying stream
