This isn't an issue with the plugin, but I've noticed draw.io is getting more aggressive in their redirect to diagrams.net where this plugin doesn't work.
I've found I am able to download the drawio-desktop version and download the aws-step-functions.js file and use it as a plug in that way. (seeing some issues those.. like import from json not working)
Nevermind.. it seems a better solution is just to fork draw.io and publish to github pages as documented in the draw.io ReadMe Running section. This has enabled me to bypass any issues.
Also, if I add a question mark to the url it on draw.io (like https://www.draw.io/?). This allowed me to download some items I had in browser storage from that site.
