APL: Registration failed: could not save the auth data

I'm trying to configure Upstash APL in all saleor-apps, but it doesn't work either way.

When I upload the manifest I always get the following error on the dashobard:
Registration failed: could not save the auth data

and in the application log I get an error similar to this:
