Using this SDK with Marketing Cloud REST API #73

Trying to figure out if it's possible to use this SDK for creating a contact through Marketing Cloud REST API (see here).

I've looked through the docs here and through the source code but, haven't seen an example for this.

@dbclkclk Did you get anywhere with the Fuel SDK using the REST Api or did you roll something yourself?
