I'm trying to migrate Sanity to V3 in a monorepo and I keep getting this error in CI (Github actions):

Error: Command "build" is not available outside of a Sanity project context.
Run the command again within a Sanity project directory, where "@sanity/core"
is installed as a dependency.

I've tried sanity build and npx sanity build. We are self hosting the studio. This job has worked for months on V2.
