Just check inside "/application/views/includes/header.php".

I had same error, but it's not related to the FILENAME header.php

I removed the blank lines from these files, and error went away

manufacturers_model.php
products_model.php

Same ERROR often happens with WordPress

Remove end of '?>' in products_model.php and manufacturers_model.php both files
