Updates to outdated versions

Modsman seems to update some mods to their outdated versions.

For example, I had WI Zoom on WI-Zoom-1.2-MC1.16.jar (manually downloaded), but instead of upgrading to WI-Zoom-1.2-MC1.16.1.jar it downgraded to WI-Zoom-1.2-MC1.16-rc1.jar.

Could it be a caching issue or a limitation of the Curseforge API? I have the config set to ALPHA to get any latest versions, not necessarily stable ones.
