Generated comment overwrites first line of code

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Select 2 line of code form end to beginning; cursor still on first line
2. Click on 'add comments'
3. Comment generated overwriting lines of code.

Expected behavior
Use insert to generate code before selected code
