Support %put

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When trying to generate code through comments such as "print hello", "output hello", or "put hello", a random proc working with a data set is generated. However, since %put is important for logging purposes and printing, it would be nice if this was supported early on in addition to the prioritized procs that are supported.

Ability to generate %put statements.
