How to analyze two tissues on the same slide separately

Please I'm analyzing my spatial data and I have two tissues on the same slide. Please I'm wondering how do I analyze them separately, generate separate UMAP and do differential gene expression analysis on each separately.

You can determine an organization type based on coordinates under an image and then extract them individually with subset
