Is is possible to create a maven repository with libCombine artifacts? @fbergmann

i believe it to be possible, some googling indicates that it is:

https://stackoverflow.com/questions/44639122/building-c-and-java-code-using-cmake-and-maven-and-bundle-in-a-jar

however, it is not something i will be able to do soon. So i would need help from someone else with that.
