The wallet from this zip-archive windows-x64-v4.0.0.0.zip is not working.

I am an armature, have u tried manually changing the port or host or using the most resent release yet, I have successfully used xla wallet, SvmeZVRqEFN8C7cDcTN9sGJzn6PVeXbp6RZMFRNnBNqUSG1fs7Zo9WLbmiwZphG7M9TCvv1MxJm6N8C9hBPF2q2y1J4Sr1pUU. :) due to dowloading on android play store vault and then using this address to mine... or transfer send receive as I wish. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=io.scalaproject.vault
