[BUG] The plugin does not extract Japanese text from a PDF #26

Problem description:

If I attach a pdf with both English and Japanese text in the file, and choose the extract to a note it only extracts the English text.

Your environment:

Plugin version: 0.4.3
Obsidian version: 1.1.16
Operating system: MacOS Ventura 13.3.1
Number of images/PDFs in your vault (approx.): 2
Other plugins that may be related to the issue: None
