Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Often I don't want the image to be in the folder, I just want the text from some image. For example when watching a video and wanting to copy some long piece of text from it. It is often tedious to paste the image in, run the command, paste the text in, and then go and delete the image file.
Describe the solution you'd like
It would be great to have a command in the command palette that could take the image file from the clipboard, get its text, and then replace the image in the clipboard with the text.
Describe alternatives you've considered
I am not sure if there is a different way to make this feature act. At the very least I can't think of another way that would not slow the flow down anyways.

@WojtekTB. Probably the best to keep these outside of Obsidian b/c this use case applies to different applications also (e.g., email, word processor, spreadsheets, etc). Here are a couple of apps that I use everyday for this use case.
