Installing git_status_checker

Hey, @scholer! I came across this and I really liked that it was simple and useful. I also use Windows. The formatting isn't perfect on my machine but I really like this tool, and I'd love to contribute to it.

You can direct people to install it via pip install git+https://github.com/scholer/git_status_checker.git

That will place the console script in a directory that should be in their path already.
