🐛 Removing properties from m3_profile causes errors

Summary

There seems to be a caching issue when removing properties from the m3 profile. We need to figure out how to bust it.

🚨 Since the creation of this ticket, this bug impacts all tenants. No tenants can create works without seeing this error, even though the other tenants didn't ever have a cat property!! 🚨This may require a separate ticket?

Acceptance Criteria

• A user should be able to add and remove properties from the m3 profile

Testing Instructions

Start with the initial profile (v1.0)
Create a work
Download the initial profile. Add a property. Upload the profile (v2.0)
Edit and save the previously created work.
Remove the added property from m3 profile v2.0 and upload the profile (v3.0)
Editing the work throws and error

NOTE - the error will go away after restarting the server or editing/saving any file in your text editor.
