Add mentor dashboard
like the admin dashboard for the amdin user, you as a mentor would have access to folks' goals in a dashboard like the admin dashboard
superadmin (CTO/SVP of Eng.) - top level with employee salary info
admin - no salary information (pm, direct manager, mentor)
In order for a mentor to align the employees goals with a pre-existing team/company goal, we would need access to those SMART goals
I see that one of your goals ABC, can be aligned with company goal XYZ. And then map a goal out to target those goals and align them for the benefit of both.
Our sessions should always touch back onto the wider goal to keep the employee engaged and locked on target.
Mentorship comes from different areas of the company.
1-1 with Top level - CTO/SVP Eng.
1-1 with Peer - do we allow the ability to share our information with one another? (use-case Kiah and I are not mentor/mentee but we do a lot of peer style mentorship. If I wanted to share my goals with Kiah, and vice-versa, would we be able to self-share?)
1-1 with Mentor/Mentee - Do we have a backend mentor menu for these employees where they could essentially share the information with the ‘mentorship team’?
And with all these nodes (as you will), how can we bring it all together? How does the top-level mentor have access to the thoughts, advice, that the peer mentor might have shared? How do we come up with the 360 approach?
