As a mentor i want to have a place to keep my notes for the session.

Need weigh-in

do we want the mentor notes visible to the mentee?
Does admin have access to the mentor notes to provide a 360 approach to support employee?
Does mentor submit session notes they pick form their notes to be used for the 360 approach and also have a place for private notes on the session?
