Johanna Demetrakas's error messages in console

I was able to find Johanna Demetrakas's job in https://oralhistory-test.library.ucla.edu/delayed_job/enqueued. It lists the job's "Last Error". Does this mean that this job failed and has to be re-run, or is it in the process of being re-run?
