Formatted dates omitted from search results #1058

In at least some cases, dates formated yyyy-mm-dd only show as empty brackets in search results. Example: https://butler.hykucommons.org/concern/images/a7fc17c4-92a9-4a98-9f87-364b1785c5b9?q=address%20sign%20butler .

Additional context: other works in the same repo using the same date format do display in search results (e.g. https://butler.hykucommons.org/concern/generic_works/deeb93ad-c65e-4c8d-bbb0-9e25d801df96?q=tarkington). Both works were imported through Bulkrax, though not the same import.
