I'd like to also put the Papyri proceeding on
https://hal.archives-ouvertes.fr/

https://conference.scipy.org/proceedings/scipy2022/ state everything is under CC-by-3.0, but I think that covers only the content. Do we have the explicit authorisation to upload the final rendered PDF ?

This brings me to the second, related question, Tool slike google scholar do not seem to crawl/detect those proceedings.

Should we maybe see about automatically uploading a copy of these PDF to an open archive
