Explore: add short descriptions of each table to data table pages

On the data table pages (what you get when you cilck PhotoTag, Field, etc.), add short 1-paragraph descriptions of what those tables are at the top, below the table name and above the data table.

We could maybe pull these from the table descriptions in the Schema Browser.
