Search Form doesn't work

As reported in SciServer helpdesk ticket 69238 (http://help.pha.jhu.edu/rt/Ticket/Display.html?id=69238), click on Search Form in the Milky Way Research Challenges site:

http://skyserver.sdss.org/dr14/en/proj/challenges/milkyway/milkywayhome.aspx

The link doesn't work.

That helpdesk ticket is marked as "stalled" pending fixing the issue. Please record the status of the issue here. Once it's fixed and pushed, return to the helpdesk ticket (link above) and close it.

There's an error message telling me that some file called '/dr14/en/tools/search/form/form.aspx' doesn't exist.
