In a network there are several actors. An actor may have one or more roles.
Right now we have several direct roles in our model for SCOOP. Direct actors are those who either directly interact with SCOOP or who are directly contributing data.

We have put together a simple goal map (in i*) to highlight some of the dependencies between the direct SCOOP roles.
There are several indirect roles in SCOOP as well. These may influence SCOOP but do not have hands on impact:
For EMR:
- EMR Vendors
- EMR Standards / Regulators
For question development:
- Network Leadership
- Collaborator
- Decision Maker
- Funder
- Ethics Board(s)
- Journals
