Feature: Ask a Question of the Network
    In order to ask the question on polypharmacy in the elderly
    Question Manager should be able to 
    Code the question 'What classes of medications are commonly prescribed in BC?' and submit the question to all network End Points.

Scenario: Document Question
    Given that the Question Encoder is logged in
    And that the question has a clear definition
    And the patient population is defined
    And the number of active medications is defined
    When the Question Encoder documents the question
    Then the Hub validates the question

Scenario: Submit Question to the Network
    Given a validated question assessing polypharmacy rates in the elderly
    When a Question Manager sends the question to the network participants
    Then the question is sent and logged to each end point in the network
