the python flavor docs are actually mostly still relevant here, other than that here is a public example of it in action too.

Hi, That example got me going forward again. Thanks for that.
In my lab, I have a eos, ios_xe and a juniper_junos box.
I can use GetConfig to get the config.
When I try to use LoadConfig to update the config, only the Cisco box works:

I don't have any debug dump available but only the error message.
For Arista Eos, it complains about the priv level:

Do I need to change it some way? The sessions is using admin user that is priv-lvl= 15

For the juniper boxes:
I tried increasing the the timeout value to 60 seconds.
Is it more of a case of scrapli expecting a certain response pattern from the device?

cant really say w/out logs. I suspect w/ logs the issue(s) will be fairly obvious though (I hope)

Hi,

Not a problem.
How would I go about debugging the connection?
If I create a normal log instance to send debug to stdout, how do I attach that to scrapligo? with options when I create te platform?
