We should change https://github.com/scroll-tech/ceno-recursion/blob/main/spartan_parallel/src/scalar/mod.rs with Goldiocks.

Additional wrinkles: we need to look into picking a suitable commitment scheme.

Or should we strive for Binius?

Perhaps take the commitment scheme from Ceno (basefold, I think) and also use the code from Ceno.

We need to check with Sphere how far along Binius is for us. I suspect it'll be a while.
