cqlsh doesn't respect request_timeout cqlshrc parameter #43

Description
Defining the query timeout in the ~/.cassandra/cqlshrc as follows has no effect:

[connection]
request_timeout = 120

@vladzcloudius any updates on fixing this for good? As you know yourself, we needed to use an ad-hoc patched cqlsh yesterday as well

@glommer I'm not working on this right now.
@slivne This is a quite annoying and urgent issue indeed. Which make it even worse is that this script significantly changed since 1.6 and it is absolutely different in the master.
