Can't creat filter error when running on a different windows machine than what I developed on.

Thank you for this sample and project. I have it working in Visual Studio 2022, but when I build it and take the executable andthe debug folder to another machine I get an immediate error: "Can't create filter" in usbCamera.

Any ideas on how to remedy this? What am I missing on the other Windows machine?

Also, this is a Win Forms application. Visual Studio 2022, DotNet 8, CPU x86
