Load historical sentry data

Hello all,
We have been trying to move from sentry9.1.2 to the latest version. The 9.1.2 was installed with our own terraform code and the latest is installed using sentry-kubernetes helm charts. However, I am stuck at the postgres data migrations. I changed the values in externalPostgresql in values.yaml and sentry UI is up and running but it does not show the historical data from the linked rds-postgres host.

If I raise new exceptions from my sample code, sentry does show that. On checking the sentry-web and sentry-worker logs (both the pods are running), I found the below error:
