Enable Geolocation

In the README it says:

Geolocation of IP addresses is supported if you provide a GeoIP database.

I have got the file GeoLite2-City.mmdb but I am not clear how do I provide this file?

Where do I put the file GeoLite2-City.mmdb? Does the path in the example below in the values.yml refers to a path locally and during helm install it will be uploaded?
