After smart outlet power off/on the TV wouldn't switch on

First of all, this is a great plugin, and thank you for your work, seydx! I can use it without a hassle.

Yesterday I installed a Meross Smart Wifi plug with four outlets. (https://meross.com/Detail/126/Smart%20Wi-Fi%20Surge%20Protector) I plugin in my TV cord to one of the outlets. Now I can switch on/off my TV completly - I can cut the power flow. It is important for me since my Sony Bravia Android TV consumes 16.7W in sleep mode contionusly.

In the Home app I want to create an automation. When I switch on my outlet, after 10 sec the TV have to be switched on as well. But it is not working. After off/on the power I can not switch on the TV with the Home app either. I can switch on my TV only with my phisical remote, after power on the plug.

Are there any possibility to send the proper "switch on" command to the TV? Same as when I push the green power on button on my remote?
