Sidebar: SidebarMenuSub clicked refreshes the entire page

I tried searching documentation and discussion without success. And, unfortunately, blocks does not contain links on the SidebarMenuSubs to test and compare with the behavior I'm seeing.

The issue: Using Sidebar, whenever you click a SidebarMenuSub linked to a page, it seems there is a full page reload. It doesn't seem to be the expected behavior. Anyone faced this? Any fix to it?
