We need to find a way to convert a single strand of DNA (complementary to the scaffold strand) into a set of shorter staple strands. In this issue we will present one or a few different methods of generating staples.
Also ideally no staple should be of the same sequence as another, hence we will need to keep an eye out for staple duplicates and ensure we have a system in place to rectify this.
