In many cases, the scripts (modules) expect specific naming patterns that are not well documented. In many cases particular modules expect data to be formatted with particular column names which are not well documented. It is possible to figure these out by reading the code (modules/NextFlow pipeline) but it will be nice to have some explicit instructions on file/column naming.
