We are happy to present a new theme for SLEEF's website and documentation based on Just-The-Docs (a doc theme for Jekyll). The documentation is now also rendered in GitHub UI (just visit docs/), thus benefiting from Github styling, search engine and facilitating contributions and maintenance.
Outside from the new shiny look, we believe the following people will benefit from the new website:
Maintainers. Markdown source will make maintaining the documentation easier.
Contributors. It should be also easier for others to contribute to the webpage and documentation.
Readers / Users. The raw source form is now easier to read in its un-rendered form. It also facilitates navigating the documentation when offline.
People with specific accessibility needs (e.g. a search engine, and generally a maintained theme working across browsers and platforms). Improved syntax highlighting and dark theme will probably need to be sorted to improve accessibility.
We are aware that the documentation needs updating in places, and we are happy to take any requests via this channel or preferably via the new form for Docs Request.
