Describe the bug
Siren helpfully displays the current versions of its connected BN and VC instances.
However, if you update these while Siren is still running, they never get updated.

I don't think this should be polled too often, maybe every time after the connection is restored, as Siren is aware of a BN/VC being temporarily offline anyways.
