Cannot Build the Spark Dockerfile

The URL to Download gives 404

Hi @inf3cti0n95,

Go to the spark directory and change the ENV SPARK_VERSION from 2.2.0 to 2.4.3.
ENV SPARK_VERSION 2.4.3
