For this hacktoberfest issue, we would want an upload client for the singularity registry (the folder sregistry/main/registry) that can push to an sregistry server --> https://www.github.com/singularityhub/sregistry. For those interested in helping, please feel free to ask all questions (and for my help as well) to get this underway!
