ScrollTable setMinWidth

The current ScrollTable implementation in com.google.gwt.gen2.table.client 
package doesn't have the ability to set a minimum data table width when using 
ResizePolicy.FILL_WIDTH. This feature was already implemented in deprecated 
ScrollTable implementation from package 
com.google.gwt.widgetideas.table.client. Can this feature add to ScrollTable in 
the com.google.gwt.gen2.table.client package?
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
